WALK IT OFF

Feeling frustrated, angry, or annoyed with somebody? I've learned it's much better to "walk away" from the situation; literally and physically. Studies show that walking away from a fight for 10-20 minutes will allow you enough time to calm down, analyze the situation and actually realize that you MIGHT NOT BE "so mad" after all. Then you can go back and talk, rationally to that person again. Breathe. Relax. Be Happy! :)
