I have elbow lenght hair, it&#39;s fine and wavy. It took me nearly 2 years to grow it that long (it was past shoulder lenght) I don&#39;t really cut it regularly but I try to, also take multi vitamin pills, eat lots of fruits and veggies and don&#39;t break it when you brush it, use silicone based products or anti-breakage serums.
